Samantha is a second-generation estate planning attorney licensed in New Mexico and Colorado. She is a proud New Mexico native and graduate of the University of New Mexico School of Law. Samantha practices in the areas of estate planning, probate, and general business law.
During law school, Samantha enjoyed competing in the American Bar Association’s National Mediation Competition in San Francisco, CA, served as an officer for the Women’s Law Caucus, and was a member of the Native American Law Student Association. She received a certification in the Theory and Practice of Mediation and has had a life-long passion for conflict-resolution. Samantha has also served as an advisor to her college sorority, Kappa Kappa Gamma, and strongly encourages the professional development of young women.
Samantha gained experience in civil defense litigation, property law, and Indian law before discovering her love for estate planning. Her undergraduate degree is in Psychology with a minor in Family Studies, which she also obtained from the University of New Mexico. Samantha understands the connection between family dynamics and estate planning and particularly enjoys assisting families by creating estate plans for their future and alleviating anxiety around the sometimes-uncomfortable topics of death and incapacity. She has a reputation for compassionate representation and going above and beyond to accomplish her clients’ needs.
